  2. Determine Duties and Responsibilities of each Participant
  3. Obtain knowledge of applicable local laws, regulations, practices, cultural issues, local customs, etc.
  4. Obtain knowledge regarding U.S. laws that apply abroad
  5. Obtain knowledge regarding applicable importing and exporting laws, rules, regulations, duties, tariffs, etc.
